New GRI Certifications

John Hastings and Susan Stanek have achieved their Graduate Realtor Institute certification. The Graduate Realtor Institute indicates a mark of excellence in real estate and is also one of the first steps in earning additional professional designations. It is recognized nationwide as a sound, fundamental training program in the critical skills and knowledge areas of the real estate business.

New CRS Certifications

Susan Garrett has achieved Certified Residential Specialist certification from the Council of Residential Specialists. Only 5% of all Realtors have such certification. Certified Realtors must complete a rigorous course of advanced training and meet experience requirements.
