Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary organization of business and professional men and women who promote civil, commercial and industrial progress. The function of the chamber is to organize and direct energies of those who believe that a community worth living in is a community worth improving.

Annual chamber events include; "Spring in the Woods & Family Living Expo" - A festival featuring art, music and a taste of Hernando's fine restaurants; " The Golf Classic"; "Hog Wild in Hernando County," a barbecue cook off with state wide competitors and visitors; A "Beach Bash" summer social with food, games and river tours; A Chamber Awards Banquet recognizing outstanding members; An Honor Student Banquet where the top 5% of the graduating seniors are honored by the business community; and Leadership Hernando shaping the county's future leaders through this community involvement program.
